Mornings with my daughter pretty much go like this: “OK Sofia, time to go potty. Let’s get ready for school so you can go have breakfast and watch a show before we leave. Sofia, enough running around please, you need to go potty. Sofia, go potty please. Let’s go. You’re not going to have enough time [...] My daughter playing with cars: “OK Car, let’s go this way. Hey, look out! I’m coming through! Move, Car, move! Excuse me, I need to go there. Oh, Ok. Here you go. Thank you!” My son playing with cars: “BROOM…..BROOOOOM BROOM BROOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!! BROOM BROOM BROOM BROOM BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!” Ok, granted they are separated by two years in age, and Dominic [...] My son’s new thing is to toss his left over food off the side of his high chair at the completion of each meal.
